Arachnids of the Preserve

Tarantulas and scorpions reside in the preserve, along with many varieties of spiders.  Tarantulas are completely harmless.  Scorpions can produce a painful sting, but are rarely seen during the day.  They are usually observed at night, using a UV light that makes them glow.
